Bahtera ArungPersada (PERSADA Adjusters) International Adjusters & Surveyors is an Indonesian company, which was founded in 1994 under the Notary Act No. 74, dated 25th July, 1994, legalized by Department of Justice No. C2-16.127.HT.01.01.TH 94 on 26th October, 1994 and has an Operational License from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance No. 604/KMK.017/1997, dated 24th November, 1997. The majority of the Shareholders are actively engaged in the management and control of the company's business which operates from our office in Jakarta.

BONA R.PANDIANGAN (the Director) has more than 24 years experience in Marine and Non-Marine adjusting. He has a Diploma in Insurance from the Caledonian University, Glasgow, is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, is an Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has also attended several seminars regarding Loss and Average Adjusting in Indonesia and overseas and lectures on Insurance subjects.

Experience staff members provide operational support for technical matters, such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Marine Engineering, Nautical and legal issues.

Since June 2006 our Technical Assistance provided by DAVIES Chartered Loss Adjusters LLP from the United Kingdom.

DAVID ROSS LOGIE, ACII, PCILA has 31 years experience in the loss adjusting. He has handled a variety of property, business interruption and liability claims both in the UK and around the world. He is familiar with marine cargo losses and risk surveys and has considerable experience in the training and supervision of staff.

Any technical assistance required by the Marine Average Adjusting division is obtained from our London UK Associates, Clancey Vanguard Ltd., who have correspondents worldwide. Our Technical Advisor, Paul Hutchinson, is a partner of Clancey Vanguard Ltd. and is a Member of the Association of Average Adjusters in th UK and also in the United States.
